Morel Hunt

Today we drove 45 minutes from our home to stalk the wild morel at one of our favorite hunting grounds. We saw lots of interesting things.

The trillium along the roadside are a sure sign you have your timing right. These we saw in profusion.

Until we returned home to find these great guys along the driveway near our house! And, yes, they were delicious.
